Positive: The view and location were Great. Host response was quick.
Negative: It could be cleaner. Some dishes were dirty and greasy. There were moldy spots on the ceiling and walls. Paint chipping on all the walls. Lifting tile in the bathroom and broken tile in the living room. One spot in living room that had been spray painted a different color than the teal. The toaster and toaster oven didn't work. The shower liner was dirty and gross. The bed was ok, but the sheets were not hotel quality. They were rough and uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture could be of better quality. Living room fan didn't work, maintenance did come and fix it.
