This spacious duplex apartment, with its south facing open-air terrace, is fabulously located close to the restaurants, bars and boutiques of Jรกvea Port. Take a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the Portโs pretty marina and โLa Gravaโ stone-y beach. Alternatively, head up hill from the Port to the Historic Old Town or take a seaside walk to the popular Arenal sandy beach.
Floridamar Mimosa is situated in one of the prettiest garden and pool complexes in Jรกvea. Guests are greeted by wide, sandstone coloured walkways, tropical plants and three sparkling pools at the centre of the grassed lawn, including a kiddies pool and jacuzzi.
A small gymnasium and sauna are located within the complex and are available to use throughout the year, and during the off season the indoor heated swimming pool is open to all guests staying at the complex.
Inside the apartment a large entrance hall, with handy washroom, interconnects the kitchen and colourful lounge-diner; complete with smart TV, chill-out sofa and dining table for up to six guests.
The sunny, enclosed balcony sits off of the kitchen and dining area and is the perfect space to take breakfast or afternoon tea. Upstairs, the bedrooms are light and spacious with the added luxury of their own en-suite bathrooms, as well as direct access onto the expansive open-air terrace.
