Positive: We were there for a wedding and didn't have time to enjoy this beautiful home. The community it's self is beautiful with exceptional views of the red rocks. Though it's not walking distance from the center of town, it's a quick drive, and the house and grounds are worth coming back to.

Negative: At the time when I was looking for a rental, yours did not mention that we would have to bring our coffee, creamer, and sweetener. Also, Kleenex was not available. Every vacation rental I have stayed at provided those items. It's not a problem that it isn't supplied. You just need to add it to items that aren't supplied.
