Summary: Really nice house in a big, quiet neighborhood! For those not familiar with ‘urbanizaciones’ it might take a bit of time to find the place, use Waze and you’ll find it! A clean, comfortable house for families. Really nice backyard and pool! Is sunblock is needed, some are kept in the closet inside the house. Rooms (there are 3): 1 has Q/K bed (2 people); the other 2 are bunk beds with Q bed on bottom and T on top (up to 3 people in each room). We had mostly adults, so everyone wanted to sleep on their own bed. Only minor things around the house that I informed the host about. The sofa used to be a sofa bed, but wasn’t working, which is why the host did not list it as another bed. Kitchen has plates and utensils, and a few condiments for use by guests. Also a washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry! There is a grocery store closed by and a panadería too. El Yunque is pretty closed to the neighborhood and can be seen from the road. Beaches are within a few minutes as well as the Outlets at Route 66. The host, Frances, is easy to reach and will answer all your questions! Recommended for a family trip or just yourself! Thanks!!
