Beautiful Frisco Beach! Great surf fishing in the fall. Walkable 4 lots back from the beach access on a quiet dead end street. NPS Ramp 49 nearby for 4x4 beach access for surf fishing. Hatteras Marinas are 4 miles south on Rt 12 for charters, Scotch Bonnet Marina nearby in Frisco for Pamlico sound access, rentals and sound charters. Great wind and kite surfing> 10% discounts for fall and winter. Inquire about discounts for monthly winter and snow bird rentals. It's a quiet beautiful time! Maximum occupancy 6. Minimum rental age 25 years old.

Enjoy sunrise coffee in the morning on the deck, watch the moon rise at night and the stars are spectacular! This house is an easy walk 4 lots to the beach access at the end of this quiet lane. A dedicated path up and over a dune to the beach. Close enough to go back to the house for refreshments, bathroom breaks, naps, etc.
3 bedrooms and 1 full bath on first floor entry level. Spacious king bedroom with TV, 2 bureaus and desk. Queen bedroom has 2 bureaus, chair and TV. Twin bedroom has twin beds, chair, double bureau and TV.. Smart TVs with streaming WiFi through out.
Second level has open kitchen with table, desk and stool. Open dining area with table and chairs. Living room has 2 sofas, love seat and chair, ample seating for all. Living area has access to open and covered deck with cedar Adirondack chairs and tables and stairs leading to first level deck.
Spacious full bath on second level with double vanity and laundry area is off of the kitchen. Open living, dining and eat in kitchen, well equipped. Sheets and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Take your own Beach towels.
Under the house is an enclosed storage area to store any boards, rods etc. Weber charcoal grill stored on ground level. Pull out and away from house to use. Outside is an enclosed shower with hot and cold water and a fish cleaning table. A park grill is on a post in the ground. Additional parking is available in front of the house near the street. Please do not park on the septic field.
Pamlico Sound and Scotch Bonnet Marina are nearby for inshore activities, boating, fishing, clamming etc. Hatteras Village and marinas are 4 miles south for off shore pursuits and free ferry to Ocracoke. Buxton and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are 6 miles to the north. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are available in both and also nearby camp store in Frisco. Close to off road ramps 48 and 49 in Frisco. You need a permit from Park Service. The Hatteras Ferry Landing is 4 miles south with the free ferry to Ocracoke for a day trip. Also passenger ferry in the summer to Silver Lake Harbor. This house is great for families, couples, friends, surfers, wind surfers, kite boarders, fishermen, beach lovers and star gazers! With beautiful uncrowded beaches and clear waters Frisco stays a little warmer this far south and this close to the Gulf Stream. Try this house for you needs!
