Positive: An exceptional location to enjoy the views of the beach and port. It is a modern, well maintained and comfortable little flat.
Negative: Nothing - however it is worth bearing in mind parking is tight if you have a big car - but great to have available. There is also other parking nearby if you have a larger car.
