The Space:
Our one-bedroom loft apartment is fully furnished; including a queen bed and everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Philadelphia! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. There's free WiFi!
There is an elevator that will take your floor, but there are stairs inside the unit to the loft bedroom and bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the guest whose name appears on the reservation may check in. You will be required to show a photo ID with a matching name to the concierge when checking in to gain access to the suite (If the names don't match, the property will not allow you to check in).
There is no parking included with this stay. Street parking is very limited and there are no parking garages near this suite.
This suite is located in a very popular downtown area with great nightlife. Ambient city noise and music noise is common. Please keep this in mind if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep/relax, as we may have other locations available in the city that would better suit your needs!
There is currently an apartment building under construction across the street and construction noise can sometimes be heard as late as 1 AM.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
Please be advised that only the guest whose name appears on the reservation may check-in & pick up the keys. You will be required to show photo ID at check-in that matches the name on your reservation, otherwise you will not be allowed to check-in. (This is only required for initial check-in).
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by checking in with the concierge to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

You can find anything you need in the hip neighborhood of Washington Square West - one of five original public squares in Philadelphia. Included are Midtown Village and the Gayborhood, known for its rainbow street signs, and the most LGBT-friendly bars and restaurants in the city. Surrounded by a plethora of the best restaurants, sights, and nightlife, you are only steps away from it all. Experience the best of Philadelphia with its historic cobblestone streets, corner boutiques, and foodie options.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around in Philadelphia. Looking for a healthy way to explore the city? Philadelphia is rated as one of the best walking cities in the country and they have 750 miles of bike trails in the works with over 300 miles of it already completed.The city has a bike rental service, Indego, starting at $4 per ride. Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop is a bus that connects all of the city's top attractions. The closest bus stop (3rd & Market St) is only 1.4 miles from the property. The city is also home to SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) which offers buses, trains, underground subway trains, and trolleys. These options will get you almost anywhere you need to go in the city and even into some suburbs. Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are also available and make for a convenient way to get around the city.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
