The space
modern, completely private space. Four individuals can stay in this spacious walkout basement unit's (more than 1600 square feet). It features a stunning bedroom with a large comfortable couch and a luxurious King size bed for your usage. It also has a full closet and a 40" smart TV in the bedroom.

Additionally, this unit has 1 queen size quality mattress/bed for extra guests and spacious walk-in closet with iron board and iron.

This unit is equipped with a private large Samsung double door fridge, stainless gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee machine, water dispenser, fireplace, and another 65”smart TV in the living room.
This unit also offers a designated ensuite place with office desk and chair for working professionals.
Private kitchen is stocked with essentials. I live on the main floor and completely respect privacy, but I am super friendly and available to help. Wi-Fi, laundry, and 1 parking are free.

The House has a security camera installed with private guard response for safety and security purposes.
