This newly decorated and updated beautiful home, with over 2,000 sq. ft. of livable space, located in Rotonda West, will certainly catch your eye and immediate interest. When you enter the front door, your initial view is the living/sitting room. Beyond the glass sliding doors is the lanai area which has been newly renovated in 2021, with a large electric heated, north facing salt water pool, and beyond is the naturally wooded backyard area. This home offers a split floor plan. The Master bedroom, with a king bed and a 32" flat screen tv with Blu-Ray player, has access to the pool area. The guest rooms, consisting of a queen bed and two twin beds are located at the opposite end from the Master. Open kitchen concept offers easy access to all rooms and is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar with easy access to all rooms. The den has a 55" flat screen tv with Blu-Ray player. Owners have just purchased a new washer and dryer and there is a crib and stroller in the home for your use. The home is in Rotonda which is a quiet neighborhood with walking trails, tennis courts and parks. Bikes are provided for your use. The charge for the electric pool heat is $100.00 per week.
There are 5 golf courses within the subdivision and many more within the vicinity. Only 15 minutes from Boca Grande and Englewood beaches, and only a short drive to boat launches. Siesta Key Beach, rated the #1 beach in the country, is only 30 minutes away.
If you enjoy baseball, it's a short drive to Charlotte Sports Park. The stadium is the home field for Tampa Bay Rays spring training operations, as well as the Charlotte Stone Crabs.
Punta Gorda Airport is only 45 minutes away and one hour to several other major airports. Dining and shopping are easy and varied with supermarkets and local restaurants only a few minutes' drive. Malls and major restaurant chains are only 20 miles away.

Summary: Loved our stay! Place was clean and roomy and perfect. They have thought of everything you might need from beach towels to paper towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage along with beach cart/wagon, pool floats and accessories. 3 bedrooms listed but it's not mentioned that the sitting room also has a pull out sofabed! Plenty of beach towels in the laundry room if you don't have enough and all the needs for laundry and dishes are provided too! Couldn't have asked for a better stay I would highly recommend this place for anywhere from 2 to 7 or 8 ppl. Pat was constantly in touch and answered any questions we had. 10/10 stars
