The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer.

Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone.

Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program.

Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Vrbos.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park.

Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, you can make use of our smart fitness center and smart laundry room and a comic book store off the lobby.

Starting in the summer of 2023, there will be a distillery and food truck in the North Parking lot. Additionally, we have a beautiful event space available for hosting sales kick-offs or weddings, and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Vrbo units for larger events.

If you're traveling with a pet, be sure to request one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor. In these units, you'll also have access to our fenced-in dog park.
