Fully loaded kitchen with breakfast counter, large dining area with 2 walkouts to deck, dishwasher, fridge with filtered water/ice machine, coffee machines, cooking & serving dishes/utensils, all the basic small & large appliances and anything else you would expect. Gas bbq is located off kitchen.
4 bedrooms (sleeps 11), laundry room, games room (ping pong table/ foosball), 2 family rooms (1 gas fireplace/1 electric), board game/card table area, office niche, gym, & 3 full bathrooms.
Indoor & outdoor entertainment/activities (bikes, kayaks, paddle board, games, books etc.) and 2 outdoor firepits (1 at the waters edge, 1 by the house), available for your use. Loads of room for parking in driveway. Free boat launch in Wiarton (3 kms). We are happy to welcome maximum 2 pets (ONLY hypo-allergenic, due to allergies).
Pebble Beach just a short 30 second walk on the trail behind our house. The water is crystal clear and gradual entry (pack your water shoes!)
Brand new 48 ft dock to tie up your boat, board kayaks or enter the water (depth of 32 inches so may not work for all boats).
