Shower room with a 140x80cm shower, separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed that can be converted into two 80x200cm single beds on request. A second bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds.
Enclosed garden of 300 m², small unsecured pond, deckchair and plancha.
Parking is inside the property for 2 vehicles or motorcycles, reserved parking spaces.
A bicycle room is at your disposal and it is possible to recharge the batteries of the electric bikes very easily.
WIFI (fiber). Electric heating with charges included. Baby equipment available. Our cottage is located in Emancé, in the South of Yvelines, in a rural, calm and green setting. It is close to Epernon (3 km), Rambouillet (10 km), Maintenon (10 km), Versailles (49km) and Chartres (29km).
It is the ideal place:
to make a stop on the road to the holidays,
to stay a few days and rest,
to visit the region (Rambouillet, Chartres, Versailles, ...),
to walk or cycle in the Rambouillet forest,
to go to Paris for a weekend by train (Line N Paris-Montparnasse-Chartres)

The house is on the Véloscénie road and close to the GR 655. Its environment is quiet. The village is on the edge of the Rambouillet forest, a superb place for walking and the Beauce. Bike rental in Rambouillet, open all year round and offering electric bikes...

For more than 40 years, we have lived in Emancé, a village in the south of Ile de France, on the edge of Eure et Loir. We want to share the chance to live in a quiet and green place, on the border between the countryside and the superb Rambouillet forest. We are on the Véloscénie route ((Paris Mont-Saint-Michel by bike). Our village is close to Rambouillet, Versailles, Chartres, Maintenon, historic towns to visit! Our gîte is 3 km from Epernon train station ( 45 minutes from Paris Montparnasse);
We transformed a house that we had been renting for 2 years into a gîte. We are delighted with this formula which allows us to meet great people and appreciate each of our "travelers".
