Lovely Characteristic Holiday House/Gite in the picturesque and popular town of Jugon Les Lac, Brittany France.
The house is situated on a lovely river in the town centre and a very short walk to all the amenities (bakers, butchers, banks, tourist info, small supermarket, newsagents, post office, bars, restaurants, charity shop & fishing shop)
There are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. The larger bedroom has a double bed, pull out bed settee (1 child) and baby travel cot (if required).
All bedding is provided FREE of charge. Please bring your own towels.
There is an open plan kitchen /Lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
The lounge has 2 settees and a chair and a TV for the viewing of DVDs & Videos only. There is no live television but the TV does take USB/Fire sticks. There are DVDs/Videos, jigsaws, toys and games available at the house for you to enjoy.

There is only street parking at the house which is free.
There is no garden or outdoor space but there is a public bench at the rear of the house looking over the river and there are plenty of lovely areas of open space to enjoy in Jugon Les Lac.
The windows downstairs open out on to the river so the house is not recommended for toddlers.
Check out time is 10.00am and the arrival time is from 16.00
The house is full of character and is over 150 years old so please do not expect a perfect modern house.
