Semi-detached accommodation close to the town center but facing the garden and the river. Tranquility assured, ideal for a fishing trip.
The extras: Private access to the Creuse river with the possibility of fishing on the boat moored on the bank, view of the river, all-inclusive price. On the same level as the street, enclosed courtyard at the front with the possibility of parking a car, public parking spaces in front of the cottage.
Entrance (one step from the courtyard), living room and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed). Each of these rooms has access to the terrace and has a view of the Creuse.
On the other side of the corridor the bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, a bedroom (1 160 cm bed) and a laundry room.
From the terrace, via a spiral staircase you will access the private and enclosed garden with a pergola and access to the edge of the Creuse. A boat is even moored there allowing you to fish peacefully.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating in the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts).
