Interior completely redecorated with new floors throughout, fresh paint, fresh linens and a kitchen facelift! 2023 brought new dining and new living room furniture.
****No house parties. Large float trip groups must follow all house rules and not be disorderly and disruptive to the community. Fines will be levied.
Escape to a beautiful private lake retreat. Very large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a fully appointed kitchen is awaiting your enjoyment. Great room, screen porch to die for with two of the bedrooms having lake views. Enjoy Lake Sherwood in Woodland Hills of Hardy, Arkansas. Lake Sherwood is a wonderful spring fed private lake with a boat ramp, fishing, skiing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, swimming and just gazing at the turtles, ducks and even a flock of swans in the fall.
*Guests may bring a boat but must pay a fee and get a key from the owner for boat ramp.
The house can actually sleep up to 16 people, please contact the owner for rentals for more than 6 people as there will be an extra charge per person.
Visit old town Hardy for the day. Float on the Spring River. We do have a contact with a local river outfitter if you need help!
NOTE: There may be a need to collect additional local taxes that are not able to be collected through VRBO. Hardy Advertising & Promotions tax is 1.875%. This has to be collected outside normal booking procedures. For short stays the owner may choose to absorb this cost on the renter's behalf.
