Situated on one acre of manicured gardens, Greenways Olinda is the utmost in luxe lifestyle accommodation in the Dandenong Ranges. Decorated in a relaxed, modern style, you will want for nothing whilst staying here. With 6 bedrooms (one is a cute bungalow with little deck and seating) and one with two single beds, you will have space for all your family or friends, whether you are preparing for your wedding with your Bridal party, or celebrating a special family occassion. What more could you want?? Heated infinity pool, outdoor spa, cabana with a TV, couches, drinks fridge, BBQ for your outdoor entertaining, along with a chef equipped kitchen and butlers' pantry with second stove, dishwasher, microwave and storage. The grounds are a kids paradise with an enclosed trampoline, basketball court, cubby house, slide, climbing equipment, and a grassy hill to roll down!
Please note: the paved area around the pool can be very slippery when wet, footwear is highly recommended. Please also note, NO PETS IN THE POOL - cleaning fees will apply if our cleaning team find fur in the filter.
Bookings are deemed to be based on 2 people sharing a room - if single occupancy is needed please enquire before booking. Rooms not required will be locked so please ensure you book for the right number of people/rooms.
If you plan to host an event at Greenways you must enquire before making a booking as there may be an extra fee payable - Elopements/intimate weddings and similar events will incur an additional $600 event fee.
This is not a party house - no parties are allowed as this is a private residence in a quiet neighbourhood. Bookings found to be breaking this house rule will be asked to leave immediately and/or incur extra fees. Thanks for understanding.
The firewood stacked beneath the bench outside in the firepit area and inside beneath the fireplace is decorative only. Firewood packs are available for purchase separately by contacting Valley Ranges Getaways, or BYO. If you choose to use any of the firewood as mentioned there is a $300 restocking fee.
