Summary: I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.
