It is the details that set this condo apart, like ceramic tile throughout the unit, nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, and ceiling-to-floor windows in the dining, living, and master bedrooms. There is also a gorgeous hardwood dining table. There are HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms. The huge, 40-foot full privacy balcony overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf — splendid views and perfect for cocktails at sunset!

The gulf front master bedroom has a new luxurious king-size bed and sliding glass doors to step out onto the large balcony with new balcony furniture. The master suite features a large attached private bath area, walk-in closet and laundry room. The guest room has a Queen Sleigh bed and an attached private bath area. There are bunk beds in the dining room alcove and brand new living room furniture. The living, dining, and master bedroom all have full, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The large kitchen is open to the living area and commands a view of the gulf waters. The kitchen is fully appointed and equipped and features GE Profile Appliances. There is also a breakfast bar.
