Positive: Good location and beautiful house, very nice decorated and furnitured.
Negative: We arrived late at night and could not find first the house because there was no lit up sign with the house name and once we found the house (after 10 minute search) we could not find the key safe for another 20 minutes in the dark. The owner could have written with the key safe information that the key safe is hidden in a not so obvious place. Both searches could have easely been prevented with better instructions or warnings.
