Make yourself at home for a family reunion, small intimate wedding, corporate retreat, or dream mountain vacation in our 9700 square foot European chalet. Lovely mountain estate on 32 acres of private land and protected forest, adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest. Upscale accommodations, private, discreet, stunning views, indoor/outdoor living space, custom European design, vaulted ceilings, peaceful solitude.
H7 at Hope Mountain features 50 windows that open to expansive mountain views. Remote and private location, yet 20 minutes from resort activities. Each luxury suite includes a private jacuzzi spa tub, bathroom suite and shower, writing desk and/or reading nook. We have a large library loft area upstairs with amazing views and outdoor decks. Our home has a fabulous chef's kitchen that opens to a dining table for 12 with additional seating available. This is the perfect getaway for up to six couples, a wonderful place for family reunions, small corporate retreats, and a perfect venue for an intimate wedding (up to 40 people for day use only). Guest accommodations at this vacation home offers a private pool and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies. - Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

- Jacuzzi tubs in bedrooms are NOT available for usage due to slow producing well.

- No children in the outdoor hot tub under 12 years of age. 12-18 year old must be accompanied by an adult in the outdoor hot tub.
- Events are allowed with 40 person max during day time. Only 15 persons allowed overnight.
- No Smoking or vaping inside of the home.
- No Smoking anywhere on the property.
- No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 9pm.
- This is a mountain setting where we limit outside lights at night. Please Bring a Flashlight!
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- In the unlikely event the private hot tub were to break down and can't be repaired for guest use, management will refund the hot tub fee.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Do not leave food on decks or in cars. Lock car doors.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
