Positive: pet friendly

Negative: landscaping in backyard was unappealing. just a weed patch with a few half dead pompas. Rocks around pool had as many weeds as rocks. on positive note, pool was clean. Yard has lots of potential if there was an interest. written list of instructions should be available to view, ie wifi, trash day where to leave dirty towels, sheets.
