Summary: Great place, despite recent review complaint. Every employee was kind and helpful. Very happy to help us with adjusting to needing a late night checkout for travel plans. No issues with hot water, internet, etc. Comfortable room and beds, even without AC or heating. Very safe with a 24-hour security gate. Great location within blocks of MANY restaurants and the local craft market. Would recommend, especially to any budget conscious traveler.
