Nestled amongst the mountains of the beautiful Currumbin valley. This 3 acre, architecturally designed property offers complete privacy while still being in close proximity to local attractions.
Weโre Daniel and Simone, we have 4 children and we are absolutely delighted to welcome you to our home.
We are passionate travelers and we work as an architect and owner/builder duo. We have always dreamed of combining our two passions and creating a place that is equal parts sanctuary and experience.
This house includes: 5 bedrooms
2x master bedrooms with king sized beds and ensuites.
1x queen bedroom with an additional pullout futon and tv area.
1x Queen bedroom
1x Open loft bedroom with queen bed. The loft is open plan with no wardrobe. The room is in its own private space upstairs.

Please let us know if youโre celebrating an event and would like our help organizing. We work with local picnic setup and caterers if you would like something extra special set up by the pool. Additionally we have our caterers menu in the house for you to order from. They offer seafood platters, grazing boards, breakfast and desserts.
Kitchens:
Fully equipped indoor kitchen designed as a space for large social gatherings. With a large island bench that overlooks the pool and mountains beyond. There is a cosy booth for more intimate moments so friends and families can gather and eat their breakfast with an amazing view of the valley or dinner with the sun setting over the mountains.
The butlerโs pantry holds extra appliances for your convenience ie. smoothie blender, sandwich press, slow cooker, air fryer and coffee pod machine. Additionally, there is a large selection of herbal teas and cooking spices.
There is a zip tap, integrated dishwasher and microwave, a double fridge with ice maker and filtered water.
The outdoor kitchen hosts a gasmate bbq, fridge and sink for all of your outdoor entertaining needs.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms, one main and two ensuites. There are two baths one in the main and one in an ensuite, as shown on floor plan.
Laundry:
Washing machine, linen closet, integrated washing basket and dryer.
The front door is keyless entry, perfect for larger groups as you will all get your code for the door without the hassle of sharing keys.

We work closely with the local community to offer as many little extras we can provide under your request. Please let us know if you would like to arrange one of these or if you have anything else in mind as we would love to create a completely customized experience to suit your needs.

-There are two houses on this 3 acre property. They can be booked separately and together and are approximately 12 metres apart. The houses are completely soundproof from one another, and the driveway forks off to their own car park and entry for complete separation or additional parking.
-For the security of our guests and safety of our home we have an external security camera.
