The Space:
Relax in style in our well-appointed, spacious, one-level apartment in desirable Manayunk. Some of the unique feature worth noting are the 100+ year old original hardwood floors, brand new remodeled bathroom, open floor plan, super comfy queen sized memory foam mattresses, cozy convertible sofa, and fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan. Relax on the convertible sofa and enjoy a good Netflix show on us -- you will also have the ability to log into any of your own accounts with our smart TV. We take pride in cleaning our home with non-toxic, naturally derived, biodegradable cleaning products.
*We can offer access to Laundry facilities for longer stays but there is a fee associated.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the Manayunk neighborhood, along the banks of the Schuylkill River. It was named a National Historic District and a Classic Town by The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. It's 15 minutes from Central Philadelphia.
Please note: Parking is extremely limited and on a first come-first serve basis in the neighborhood. There is free, unlimited street parking on a few of the surrounding streets but this is subject to change as the city increases parking restrictions during certain hours. The nearest paid parking lot is located at 4000 Main Street and is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We suggest unloading all belonging before parking in the lot as there is an uphill walk back to the apartment. If you do find a parking spot, we suggest leaving the car parked and walking or using ride-share.
Getting Around:
Wissahickon Train Station is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The train takes you to Center City in about 20 minutes. You can purchase train tickets on-board (cash only) for $6. There are no options to buy tickets at the station but once you arrive in Center City (Jefferson Station, Suburban Station, 30th Street Station) there are ticket counters.
Free street parking is available on Hermit St. and all surrounding cross streets. Parking after 6pm can be difficult so if you find a spot and plan to go out, we recommend walking or taking the train or car service.

Our apartment is located in a very safe, walkable neighborhood in the heart of Manayunk.
We are walking distance to beautiful Wissahickon Valley Park, a designated National Natural Landmark, where you can run, walk, bike and horseback ride through some of Philadelphia’s most pristine trails along Wissahickon Creek. Be sure to stop in historic Valley Green Inn for brunch!
When you have finished exploring the surrounding natural landscapes, take a stroll down Main Street, Manayunk and get your fill of award winning restaurants, bars and local shops.
Center City is about a 20 minute train ride or drive from our apartment.
