Wake up to the sounds of the babbling waters of Little Chiques Creek. Escape back to this circa 1793 stone mill farm located on a tranquil 3 acre oasis. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the expansive yard and creek. Visit with the barnyard animals including sheep, chickens and barn cats. Fresh eggs are provided each morning from the chickens.
This stone house includes 4 bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a full kitchen and dining room, and large living room.
Note: All bedrooms require going up or down a steep and narrow flight of steps. The sidewalks are brick and uneven.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in this historic property. The home is impeccably clean - I mean, honestly, I could not find a single speck of dust anywhere. If I could hire the housecleaning staff, I would! The house is charming and beautifully built. You can feel the history in it, from the quirky stairs, to the beautiful window ledges, to the hand-laid front brick walkway. Every bedroom has a gas fireplace in it; the beds are comfy and the sheets, pillows, and towels are high quality. The kitchen is really well-appointed. I enjoy cooking and I found every possible kitchen utensil/serving bowl I could have ever needed. The yard is gorgeous. We loved the sheep and the three barn cats. And we enjoyed the thoughtful touches, such as fresh eggs from the chickens. The home has easy access to Hershey Park (about 25 minute drive) and to Harrisburg and Lancaster sites. It is in a rural location. I grew up in Chester County and have been out of the area for years. This home is a perfect representation of beautiful Pennsylvania. We will definitely be back again!
