The apartment is on a very quiet south-facing slope of Gehrenberg, only about a 5-minute walk from the town centre, as well as the edge of the forest, ideal for a relaxing holiday as well as business trips. Especially attractive for families: a lovely playground near the house and plenty of nature for children in any season, with picnic and sledging meadows and a wonderful Lake Constance panorama. In summer the pleasant temperature is noticeable, owing to the location and structure of the apartment.
This holiday apartment newly furnished in 2017 features an inviting design and full comfort within a generous 69m². The separate entrance leads directly into the spacious living and dining room with an attractive bow front flooded with daylight and with external blinds. The living room has a sofa bed (120 x 220cm), a TV and a multimedia system (incl. Blu-ray, DVD and USB). Next to the living and dining room there is the generous kitchen that is exceptionally well-equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, combined oven and steamer. In the rear part of the apartment there are the bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a big wardrobe, providing access to the second bedroom for two people (bunk bed 90 x 200cm and wardrobe). A cot or toddler travel bed and a highchair are available. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower. The spacious storage room with a washing machine and dryer round off the apartment. Of course free Wi-Fi is available for the duration of your stay. A laundry package and utility prices are included.
Up to two car parking spaces are available free of charge.
