ED Refnr. 191765 Aufgrund der großen Nachfrage nach mehr Individualität in Monteursunterkünften, bieten wir jetzt im Erdgeschoss unseres Gästehauses 5 Unterkünfte zur Alleinnutzung für Handwerker und Monteure an. Diese haben eine freundliche und moderne Ausstattung mit allem, was Monteure in der Vergangenheit bei uns nachgefragt haben. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem Garderobenpanel, der Koje mit Beistelltisch, einem bequemen Sessel, TV-Gerät und der Pantry. Damit Sie sich bezüglich Ihres Frühstücks und Abendbrots selbst versorgen können, gehört zur Austattung ein Kühlschrank, ein Heißwasserbereiter, eine Kombi-Mikrowelle und ein Toaster sowie Teller, Tassen und Besteck. Natürlich ist auch ein kleiner Essplatz vorhanden und falls Sie ein WLAN-fähiges Notebook mitbringen, ist es möglich, unseren WiFi-Hotspot zu nutzen. Für 5 Bewohner stehen 2 Duschkabinen und 2 WCs zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Sofern Sie bei Abreise das Zimmer sauber hinterlassen, das Geschirr abgewaschen, Pantry incl. Mikrowelle u. Kühlschrank sauber gereinigt und frei von jeglichem Müll zurückgeben, fallen keine weiteren Reinigungskosten an. Möchten Sie gern ohne vorher reinigen zu müssen abreisen, können Sie auch die Reinigung unserem Personal überlassen und zahlen dann lediglich Euro 40,00 für den zusätzlichen Aufwand. Dieses Angebot richtet sich an Handwerker und Gewerbetreibende deshalb verstehen sich alle Preise inklusive 7 % Mwst. Individuell benötigte Elektrizität wird prepaid bezahlt, Sie zahlen nur das, was Sie selbst an Strom benötigen. Wir haben viel Geld in die Hand genommen um Ihnen komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen zu können, deshalb haben Sie bitte Verständnis dafür, dass wir Sie auch in diesen Unterkünften bei Ihrer Anreise um die Hinterlegung einer Schlüsselpauschale/Kaution in Höhe von € 100,-- bitten müssen, die wir Ihnen nach beanstandungsfreier Rückgabe der Unterkunft entweder in bar (ab ca. 12 Uhr des Abreisetages) oder innerhalb von 10 Tagen bargeldlos erstatten werden. In unseren Preisen enthalten ist pro Person ein Satz Bettwäsche der nach 14tägiger Nutzung gewechselt wird. Auf Wunsch erhalten Sie gegen eine Miete von € 4,00 auch einen Satz Frottierwäsche bestehend aus Duschtusch, Handtuch und Duschvorleger. Zugang zu Waschvollautomat und Trockner ist gegeben. Möchten Sie in einem unserer neuen Einzelzimmer die Arbeitswoche verbringen, dann buchen Sie, indem Sie im nachfolgenden Belegungskalender einfach den von Ihnen gewünschten Anreisetag und den Abreisetag anklicken und den "Unterkunft buchen"-Button drücken.
