Villa located in a spectacular valley in the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca, ideal for 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, a private swimming pool open all year round of 20m x 5m and two furnished outdoor terraces.
It is located in a unique setting, in the middle of nature, which allows you to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular views.

On the first floor there is a large dining room with table for 20 people, and a living area with fireplace. In addition, on this floor there is a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning products and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher.
On the second floor is the main entrance, after the hall there is a living-dining room with satellite TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a porch with a terrace with spectacular views. On this floor there are two double bedrooms with double beds and fitted closets, as well as a shared bathroom with bathtub.
On the second floor are the rest of the bedrooms. One bedroom with four single beds has a private bathroom with shower, a living room with TV and a terrace. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, both with en-suite shower and toilet. The last bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower and washbasin. These 3 bedrooms can share a full bathroom with bathtub.

- Terrace Barbecue, going down to the pool is a first terrace where the wood oven and barbecue with different spaces.

- Outdoor parking for up to 10 cars
In the house next door lives the couple in charge of running the villa so there will be 24 hours 2 people to turn to in case of any questions or any problems.
- The price includes daily cleaning of the outside areas (swimming pool, barbecue,...) and basic cleaning of the interior of the villa 2 hours twice a week (taking out the garbage, cleaning the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen).
- It is also included in the price the change of towels and sheets every 6 days, for minimum stays of 12 days.

- On arrival there will be a welcome basket with basic food products, courtesy of De la Villa.

- The villa has its own well so the water that comes out of the tap is drinkable and very good.
