This house is spread over three floors. It also has a cellar with utility rooms (water, electricity, heating) and a back door. The ground floor has a hallway providing access to the kitchen, the living room, the cellar and stairs leading up to the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an extendable dining table for ten people and household appliances such as a mircowave, filter coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine and a small stock of coffee pads, a kettle and a couple of sorts of tea, a mixer, two fridges, of which one has a freezer compartment, and plenty of cutlery and crockery, along with washing up liquid, aluminium foil, herbs etc. There is an adjacent room with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with a toilet. The first floor comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two each have two single beds. The second floor has two further bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms each have two single beds and are connected without a door. The bathroom provides a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. All the beds measure 90 x 200cm. The house has a lovely sunny garden offering 900 m² of lawn, which is mown by an automatic mower. Furthermore, there is a fenced pond. The large terrace, with a size of 6 by 13 metres, offers a shaded, 6x5 metres veranda. In addition to that, garden furniture is available and more of it as well as outdoor games are stored in the cellar. You can use the Weber grill and there is a sun shade. The garden is not completely fenced and, thus, you can directly go hiking from here. But, the front garden is closed. A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided. Wireless Internet access is available. Please note that the downloading of music and films is not permitted. The house has central heating. Deudesfeld is in the Eifel, about 9km from Manderscheid, and is very popular among hikers, cyclists, horse riders and nature and culture lovers.
