Villa Pula One, a house located in an unparalleled setting, is situated in the Son Servera area, one of the oldest and most emblematic towns in Mallorca. Where relaxation and tranquillity take over unique inland landscapes. The house is located within the Pula Golf Resort of Son Servera, and within a radius of less than 3 km there are three different golf courses (Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf). The nearest beaches are Costa de los Pinos at about 2.5 km, as well as Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Tourist licence number: ETV/16377.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful holm oak forest, highlighting that they have very spacious outdoor facilities and that inside the house they have everything necessary for customers to feel at home comfortably and enjoying a magnificent interior design. It is a perfect villa for families, friends and especially for golfers and/or cyclists, therefore ideal for those who want to enjoy their holidays in a fabulous environment.

The housing distribution is as follows:
Ground floor: 2 Bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the other with two single beds) + Living-Dining Room + Kitchen + 2 Bathrooms + Laundry + Terrace with access to outdoor areas (garden and swimming pool).
Upper floor: SUITE Bedroom (with double bed) + Ensuite Bathroom + Living Room + 40m2 Terrace
Rules:
It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule, you will be penalized.
Please keep order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-Guests will be obliged to take charge of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.
- Heating should be used responsibly, turning it off when not inside the villa.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
