ED Refnr. 2760185 Wonderful house, amidst the forest in an absolutely stand-alone location Let yourself be enchanted by the surroundings: a manor house amidst the forest, affording a wonderful view of the surrounding valleys. No traffic, no noise and no light, except what you switch on yourself. There is plenty of space for children to play. The accommodation in this wonderful 350m² house is on the ground floor (175m²) and is suitable for 6 people, without neighbours on the first floor, which is not let out separately (to rent the whole house for 13 people comes under a separate offer). It is characterised especially by its very big windows and the spaciousness of its rooms. It is ideal for small groups of friends or colleagues. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a living and dining room, two bedrooms (for 2 persons and 3 persons), a sofa bed in the former study, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The whole house features a traditional style, to preserve the originality of the building. There is oil heating. Internet, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. The water is subject to all legally prescribed quality controls, as well as some additional checks on our own initiative. Even so, we also offer bottled water at no additional charge in case one is used to something else. Our holiday house looks out at the landscape from a hill in Grümpeltal, between forests and meadows. Grümpel is an ideal starting point for walks in nature and for ski tours. You can enjoy around 90km of signposted hiking trails through the wonderful Mittelgebirge landscape of the Frankenwald. And another little detail for all those who would like to enjoy the starry sky: here in the Frankenwald it appears to be almost endless, as there is no light pollution around the house. Nobody forgets our forest, nor our sky. Both together are a unique experience.
