Magnificent classical family house on the outskirts of Mancor de la Vall. This property is excellently situated on the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains and just 400 meters from the center of the small and friendly village of Mancor. Mancor offers you several small shops and restaurants. For the bigger purchases you will find the city of Inca only 6 km away. Inca has a big week market on Thursdays. Also is it famous for its leather good producers and outlet shops.
Your house is the last one of the village on a silent road that leads you directly into the mountains and valleys. This is a great place for people who want to combine their holidays with sportive activities as hiking, biking, jeep safaris etc.
In front of the house there is a big parking place where up to 3 cars can station without any problem. You will find that from the entrance here the house is all ground floor. Nevertheless and due to the inclination of the land the back side of the house has two floors. Next to the entrance door there are two bedrooms on either side. The one on the left side has a glass-door leading to the outside dining area and barbeque. In the center of the house a big dining room leads to a completely equipped kitchen a double and a single bedroom as well as to the living room that overlooks your private pool, garden and surrounding countryside. A big TV with satellite receiver is placed in the living room.
From the living room you will go one floor down and reach the pool and garden level. A big sunny pool with 6 sunbeds is here for you to use during your stay. Also a great lounge area with table and several comfortable chairs to linger while enjoying the surroundings.
You will also find here a tabletennis table. Next to the staircase is an utility room with washer a big freezer and an second refrigerator to keep your drinks cool while you spend a great time at the pool.
