This big holiday house with terraces and a garden is in the idyllic fishing village of Podobuce near the town of Korcula. It is surrounded by vineyards and you can enjoy beautiful extensive views from its terraces. It is not far from the house to the beaches.
The big, roofed terrace on the ground floor has pleasant shade and provides a seating area with a table and benches, as well as deckchairs. There are two further terraces on the upper floor. The garden, which is planted with palm trees and oleander, invites you to relax. In the rear garden there is a grill area, with a brick-built barbecue, a table and benches. Enjoy your grill specialities outside in the fresh air. The private parking area is 30 metres from the house. You can also benefit from a boat mooring.
The house provides a total living space of 100m² for up to nine people. The ground floor has a living room with integrated kitchenette and a big bedroom. The bedroom provides a double bed (180cm wide) and a bunk bed for two people (each 90cm wide). On the upper floor there are two further separate bedrooms each with two single beds (90cm wide). A single bed (80cm) can be set up in the main living room upstairs if required. Adjacent to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore there are two bathrooms with shower on the ground floor and one bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. In total there are three WCs, two on the ground floor and one upstairs. On both floors there is air conditioning and in addition there is a fan on the ceiling of the living room. In addition, mobile fans are available for all rooms. Mobile electric radiators are also available if required, but as the house is not let out in winter these are usually not needed.
It is eight kilometres to the nearest supermarket (Konzum). There is a pebbled beach just 30 metres from the house and it is 200 metres to a rocky beach. The surroundings are ideal for active holiday-makers. Surfers will find ideal conditions at the “Viganj” surfing paradise 15 kilometres away. You can also hike or go on interesting trips, for example to the town of Korcula ten kilometres away.
