The position of the villa gives unrestricted views of the sea, mountains, beaches and boats in the harbour, as well as, Sutivan's picturesque town centre and the surrounding towns. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 WC and is suitable to accommodation up to 10 persons. The villa has a large heated pool, sauna, underfloor heating, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor fireplaces, making it suitable for rent all year round, regardless of the season. The villa has a total surface area of 550 m2, of which the villa itself, with its 3 storeys, occupies 380 m2 of space. It consists of the ground floor, first floor, second floor and garden with swimming pool. From the street, you can directly enter by car into the garage, on the same level as, and with direct access to the ground floor. In the main entrance of the villa there is a large wardrobe for shoes, clothes and storage. A few steps down from the entrance hall is located the ground floor living room equipped for entertainment with a large screen LED TV (Sat Tv, Dvd, Playstation PS4, Radio). Within this area can also be found the spa and relaxation zone with a sauna and full bathroom with a shower. Also in the open plan ground floor there is a small, but fully equipped auxiliary kitchen, an internal fireplace and a dining table with bench seating.
