Relax by the volcanic lakes and thermal springs and experience a rural idyll. The romantic holiday house with a rose decor was renovated in 2016 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space totaling 89m² comprises a spacious living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a shower. The main entrance, the hallway and the living room with the kitchen are on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with the two bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the terrace and garden. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed 160cm wide with bed linen that has a rose décor. A wardrobe and a little dresser with a stool complete the furnishing. There is a sofa bed for a further person. The country kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and cooker hood and also has a lovely dining space for up to five people. The adjoining cosy living room provides a sofa and an armchair, satellite TV and a DVD player. Free wireless Internet ensures you are networked on holiday. The house is well-insulated inside and out. It is heated exclusively with two wood-fired fireplace stoves, which conjure a homely and cosy atmosphere in winter. One stove is in the living room, the other is on the upper floor next to the bedrooms. There is no washing machine. Your pet is also welcome. If using the attic bedrooms ( 2 x single beds) then 0.30c per KW will be charged at the end of your stay. The attic bedroom has a steep stairs. The covered extensive terrace is ideal for relaxing, even if the weather isn’t great. A grill is available. There is a spacious garage for your car with an electronic gate.
