The "Lotsenhaus" offers plenty of space with 110 m² on two levels. It is located in a garden surrounded by hedges with plenty of space to play, barbecue and sunbathe. To the west and north are views of the Schlei, to the east and south you look at green hills and our biotope.
On the ground floor is the living area with sitting area, dining table and an open kitchen made of solid beech wood. The utility room with washer and dryer, a guest toilet and the large bathroom with granite vanity, whirlpool and sauna are also located on this level.
Upstairs leads a curved open beech wood staircase. On this elevated level you have a wonderful view of the Schlei landscape from all windows at your feet. Here are three bedrooms and another shower room. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one with a single bed and a desk.
In this large house, everyone will find an undisturbed corner for themselves and also plenty of space for cooking, barbecuing, clapping or playing together. Brand new this year is a small shed, where bicycles can find space.
