This holiday house newly built in 2018 is situated in the midst of the southern Eifel nature reserve, very quietly located and surrounded by meadows and forests.
The Eifel-Atrium holiday house provides 150m² comprising four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a big gallery as a combined living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as two galleries with further living spaces. The optimal occupancy is 14 persons, but further people can sleep on four sofa beds. The bedroom on the ground floor consists of a double bed (2 x 80 x 200cm) and a stackable bed (2 x 80 x 200cm), which can be used either as a normal single bed or as two single beds. The room has two floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the terrace. One bedroom on the first floor has a traditional bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as a floor-to-ceiling window for plenty of light. The second bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (2 x 80 x 200cm). On the middle gallery there is an additional sofa bed (110 x 200cm). There is a big bedroom in the attic with two double beds (each 140 x 200cm), as well as a catamaran bunk bed (below 140 x 200cm, above 90 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (120 x 190cm). The upper gallery has a lovely reading sofa that can be used as a bed (70 x 190cm). Each floor has a bathroom with a shower. The special feature of this new holiday house is the open living space as a gallery with exposed underside of the roof. The gallery runs through all the floors of the house and therefore provides plenty of light and openness throughout the building. In the entrance area and on the side there are large window fronts, as well as the cosy living room with a sofa bed (70 x 200cm). In the right part there is the dining space with a big table for all guests. To the rear there is the big kitchen with an American fridge. Apart from central heating, the house also has an automatically filled pellets stove.
In front of the house there is a 30m² terrace, of course with a charcoal grill.
Our big family and group holiday house offers first-class group comfort. The house is spacious and furnished and has several rooms. The bathrooms have modern fittings, the living rooms are comfortably furnished and the kitchen allows you to cook to your heart’s content.
Our Eifel holiday house is near the climatic spa town Neuerburg in the Eifel – a place with a long history and modern infrastructure. It is just 2km to a modern leisure pool.
