Fantastic and bright house with exceptional sea views located in a quiet urbanization just 1.5 km from the beach of Sa Tuna. It is distributed in two levels. On the main level we find, entrance hall, double bedroom suite with private bathroom and shower, large living room with two rooms with access to covered terrace, large kitchen with island and exit to outdoor terrace, toilet and laundry. On the upper floor, we find 3 double bedrooms of which 2 suite type with private bathroom, bathtub and one of them shower too, and 1 double bedroom with bathroom and separate bathtub. All with fitted wardrobes and with direct access to the large outdoor terrace. The house has an extensive outdoor space with several covered and sunny terraces. Magnificent garden with private pool. It also has exterior space for one or two cars and a private garage for another car.
