The main house is 1000 m2 build with the most luxurious finishes. The entire property just have been renovated and redesigned by Designers. The renovation has been completed end of 2021 . Villa is a place of peace and tranquility just 5 minutes away from the glamorous Puerto Banus. In the gardens ( 20.000m2 Land) you can find more than 100 mature trees and exotic plants. There are Modern Style and space of Finca with AAA + Location, making this place incredibly exclusive....
2 floors: Ground floor, 1st floor .
Ground floor: At the entrance of the house, there is a beautiful classical Piano welcoming the visitor. The entrance hall is large with High Celling of 7 Meters with access to the first floor, to the living Room and to the bedroom corridors. The Living room is large, very comfortable and very bright, about 130 m2. From the living room you can access a large with amazing view on Garden area . The ground floor has 3 bedroom in total 2 in suite with their individual bathroom, a large kitchen with an access to the dinning/living room.
1st floor: On the top floor is located the Master bedroom 50m2 , private dressing room and private bathroom. (There is also an room to make with 2 Single Beds ) The bedroom has a wild terrace with panoramic view over Valley and Sea View. Large pool 26 Meters Long and 6 meters Large , avaible with special area for kids and Palapa Area .
