Honeysuckle Barn is located on Woodbine Estate, on the outskirts of popular goldfields town, Kyneton. Honeysuckle is a meticulously renovated barn that retains its period details, such as the original beams and rafters and is located in an exceptionally beautiful European garden.
Perfect for a romantic rendezvous or quality sojourn with extra special friends. The garden setting is breathtakingly, with a secret pond garden, tennis courts, private courtyard and views of surrounding countryside.
Inside the barn, guests are treated to seriously stylish interiors that are the creation of local legend Melissa McFarlane, owner of Kabinett Homewares and Botanik bar, both located within the Royal George Hotel in Kyneton. Downstairs is the open plan living/dining area that includes a kitchen with drinks table that is perfect for taking in the views over farmland to the rear of the property. The living and dining area are situated next to a floor to ceiling window and a wood fire.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a central modern bathroom. The hotel beds are made up in sumptuous 5 star hotel linen with plush throws for winter and lighter coverings for summer nights.The space is soothing and transportive, allowing you to star in your very own French new wave film or just enjoy the exceptional experience of being in a place so sublime. Guests are welcome to park on the property and have access to the private courtyard, rear area behind barn, tennis courts, pond garden and vegetable patch for fresh produce. The owners also live on the property in a separate house that is a good distance from the barn.

Due to the presence of a creek on the property and a pond, the property is not suitable for young children and all children must be supervised. Dogs may be permitted, providing they come with their their own bedding and preferably crates to sleep in at night.
