Urban Panda threw open its doors in 2022 based on the simple belief that travel changes lives. Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in Process:
•Check-in time is From 12.30 pm To 11:30 pm.
•Original Passport/ID to be presented.
•Advance payment for the stay is to be presented.
•Baggage Allowance (maximum 2 suitcases per Guest, no more bags will be accepted
Check-out Process:
•Check-out time is from 8:30 am To 11 am. If you don’t inform us about extending your stay we might have to wake you up. Please let us know if you need to extend your stay 24 hours before your planned check-out date.
•Keys and access card handover before 11 am. Otherwise, a charge of another day will apply
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.

Hostel Rules and Regulations
•Please be friendly and respectful to everyone.
•After preparing your breakfast, you have to wash immediately all tools you used, otherwise pay 5 AED, and they will be washed for you.
•Breakfast to be done before 11 am. It’s not allowed to cook any food, apart from the breakfast items.
•it’s not allowed to receive food delivery or to use the hostel bell after 12 am.
•it’s not allowed to wash any clothes by yourself, and it’s not allowed to hang your clothes in the bathroom, room, balcony or any place except the cloth cupboard.
•keep your suitcase under your bed, not in any other place.
•It’s not allowed to receive calls or talk in the rooms or in the corridor at any time. You can talk and receive calls in our lobby and balcany.
•It’s allowed to use the hair dryer only in bathrooms and between 12 pm and 10 pm.
•Please avoid roaming the hostel naked or in underwear. It’s not appropriate and can make others feel uncomfortable.
•Inviting anyone to the hostel is not allowed.
•Sexual intercourse or any other sexually explicit behavior is strictly prohibited in the hostel.
•Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, keeping the balcony’s door open while you smoke is not accepted.
•We cannot be held responsible for your valuable belongings please keep them in the given locker.
•Keeping any kind of food in rooms or cupboards is not allowed.
•We turn off the lights by 12 am to ensure a good night’s sleep for all guests. It’s not allowed to make noises or use the kitchen from 12 am till 7 am. But It’s okay to work on your laptop silently.
•To keep the rooms clean and organized, please stick to your assigned bed and keep your belongings in your designated area. It’s not allowed to hang your clothes, back bag, or towel on beds or mattresses, please use the cupboard. And always ask for housekeeper assistance.
•Your food is to be served only on the kitchen, it’s not allowed to eat in rooms or any other places.
•Smelly or smoking food is not allowed.
•Taking other guests’ food or belongings is strictly not allowed.
