Summary: The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. Since it was my first time in Europe, my travel and transportation planning didn’t go well. I got off the bus very late, and it was cold. Thank you so much for letting me stay at the front desk instead of being stranded outside,I truly appreciate it.
