Summary: People were nice, but I didn’t like the fact that the rooms were a bit dirty with spiderwebs and the bathroom was not clean enough and the shower was dirty. The AC was not turned on when we got to our room and it was really hot and I turned it on and it was not working properly and the receptionist said she would go and help us and never did. The pool was not like the picture—It looked like a little swamp when we got there and it didn’t look appealing. The shampoo and toiletries were not enough. There aren’t any places to walk to to eat or walk around; you would need a car to get around. I could only stay there for one night and I left the next morning and they did not reimburse me. They said that they could not do that anymore. Even though everything was bad from the start— didn’t get a discount or anything.
