Negative: However, the hotel feels quite outdated and would benefit from refurbishment. Communication with the reception staff was often difficult, making it harder than expected to arrange transportation or get assistance. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room throughout our stay, which was a significant inconvenience. The pool area was frequently overcrowded and noisy, and although this affected the atmosphere, staff did not appear to intervene or manage the situation. In addition, the hotel’s location, while scenic, makes getting around without a car or taxi rather challenging. Overall, it is an average hotel with a lovely natural setting and excellent beach access, but several operational and maintenance issues mean it does not currently offer the level of comfort or service expected for its price.
