Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and explaining everything clearly and quickly. Even though it was winter and the hotel was not fully booked, we still enjoyed a rich breakfast, and the off-season did not affect our experience at all.
Negative: It would have been nice to have small spoons, forks, or plates available in the room, but this is only a minor detail and may not be needed for everyone.
