Pretty and large Norman Manor in the heart of a quiet and protected Estate, 6 km from Deauville / Trouville, racetracks, the city center and the beach and its famous boards; surrounded by a tree-lined and maintained garden, with large terrace fitted out for table and deckchairs. Honfleur is 6 km away and Pont l 'Evêque is 8 km away, the 4 golf courses are all within 8 km. The pretty village of Touques is home to all the small shops and on the road to Paris, the shopping centers. Away from summer traffic jams!
Bénerville beach recommended in summer.
The Manor is made up of three parts: one with the imposing fireplace in a reception room (60m2) with cathedral ceiling and its protected and spacious mezzanine.
In the other wing of the Manor: the large kitchen with an indoor BBQ overlooks the veranda dining room - direct access to the terrace and the garden. Equipped laundry room.
The last wing is occupied by a fully equipped 30m2 studio (kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom). Its full foot access can also be independent.
The spacious entrance distributes the kitchen, the living room and the studio.
Upstairs: 3 beautiful bedrooms each with their own bathroom and plenty of storage. On the mezzanine: a living room with sofa bed, isolated from the living room by a glass, TV screen and games.
Very nice amenities for this warm house of family and friends - carefully decorated in the middle of a natural environment, calm but not isolated.
Tennis lessons available in the area. (rackets and balls not supplied)
The Manoir de Trévières can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights and a minimum of 7 nights during school holidays. Midweek possible.
