Summary: We rented the property over the New Year holidays and everything worked out just fine. Five minutes walk to the beach. Beach tents installed every morning by the competent and friendly condo team (of course it helps if you speak some Portuguese). Clean and shaded pool area, very refreshing after the beach. Nicely maintained condo gardens. Well equipped kitchen. Very functional bathrooms (good showers). Nice terrace with BBQ. Clean bed-sheets and towels. No Wifi reception in the bedrooms but acceptable speed in the living room / kitchen area. Response and communicative owner. Will definitely consider renting again. Enjoy!
