It is located in the best neighborhoods of Paraty, I call Vila Colonial at 30 Mts from the headquarters of the municipal guard, security day and night.
We have parking space for 1 car in the garage, however in front of the Municipal Guard, at 20 meters, the house has parking spaces for the cars of the residents of the street.
The house has 2 bedrooms (1 suite, only washbasin), 1 living room, 2 bathrooms (1 being the suite that is only toilet), 1 kitchen, Sotton, garage and laundry. The house is fully furnished.
In the downstairs bedroom we have 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed.
In the upstairs bedroom 1 double bed with air conditioning;
In the living room has 1 bunk bed, which during the day will come sofa, 3 Puffs, Rack, Television, Sky with all HBO and Telecine cane and DVD;
Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, table with 6 chairs, all utensils for a kitchen (pans, trays, blender, sandwich maker, tray, cutlery, etc.)
