Nice house of 85m² (semi-detached on one side) ideally located on the seafront, direct access to the beach, in a small subdivision 30km south of Bastia. Great sandy beach very quiet even in summer.
The house is 5 minutes drive from Folelli, where you will find all shops including a large area;

- Floor: 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Presence of a steep staircase that can be inconvenient for animals and people with reduced mobility.

Summary: The house is very close to a wide and empty beach on which you can walk for miles. About 7 minutes walk up the beach is a great beach cafe and bar, and a rather posh hotel restaurant. Another 4 minutes you can find another great little cafe bar. You will need a car, and 5 minutes drive away you can find a super-market and shops. The house is a bit cramped, especially for more than 4 people, the upstairs has a small toilet and shower and 3 small bedrooms, the stair case is very steep, a bit wobbly and not suitable for people who are infirm. Down stairs is one good sized bedroom and shower room with a washing machine. There is a very small cupboard sized downstairs toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, a good sized fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, an induction cooker and oven. This is a very quiet area, and there is loads of great hiking a few minutes drive away. The swimming is great, you can walk a hundred meters out to sea before you no longer touch the bottom.
