Positive: Honestly, the hotel's location is great, and the staff is wonderful, especially the receptionist, Adam. He was very helpful in leaving our bags with him in the reception room while we went to get coffee in the city, and he was very friendly. The hotel's cleanliness is good. The only problem is the noise coming from outside the hotel; I think they should fix the windows so that the noise doesn't get in so much.
